DESCRIPTION

Triethylene glycol (TEG) is a versatile, colorless, odorless liquid . It is commonly used as a plasticizer for vinyl polymers, as well as in air sanitizer products like "Oust" and "Clean and Pure" due to its disinfectant properties when aerosolized. Additionally, it is used as a liquid desiccant for natural gas and in air conditioning systems. TEG is also an additive in hydraulic fluids and brake fluids, and is a base for the production of "smoke machine" fluid in the entertainment industry.
