Effective May 15, 2025, Eastman Chemical Company will implement a price increase on two key solvents: n-Butyl Acetate and n-Propyl Acetate. This decision reflects the ongoing adjustments in the chemical industry, especially affecting companies that rely on these solvents in their production processes.The price increases will apply to the following products: Eastman™ n-Butyl Acetate (all grades, excluding Eastapure) Off-list increase: $0.04 per pound / $0.09 per kilogram List increase: $0.04 per pound / $0.09 per kilogram Eastman™ n-Propyl Acetate Off-list increase: $0.04 per pound / $0.09 per kilogram List increase: $0.04 per pound / $0.09 per kilogram
