A new announcement from Dow shows that more price increases are on the way for their oxygenated solvents portfolio. Effective February 1, 2017, Dow PM, DPM, TPM, PMA, and many others will see a price increase of upwards of $0.04 per pound. This increase will be applied to all of the following materials:
Butyl CELLOSOLVE™, up by $0.04 per pound
Butyl CARBITOL™, up by $0.04 per pound
Butyl CELLOSOLVE™ Acetate, up by $0.04 per pound
Butyl CARBITOL™ Acetate, up by $0.04 per pound
CARBITOL™, up by $0.04 per pound
DOWANOL™ PM, up by $0.04 per pound
DOWANOL™ DPM, up by $0.04 per pound
DOWANOL™ TPM, up by $0.04 per pound
DOWANOL™ PMA, all grades, $0.04 per pound
DOWANOL™ DPMA, up by $0.04 per pound
Methyl CARBITOL™, up by $0.02 per pound
Propyl CELLOSOLVE™, up by $0.04 per pound
