Per a report released today, the Dow plant in Plaquemine, Louisiana is experiencing a “raw material supply disruption” which is impacting the supply of Dow PEGs and MPEGs. This plant currently down until further notice. Evaluations and estimates of a timeline to return to operational status is underway. Until further notice, the following Dow’s CARBOWAX™ line of products are under a 21-day lead time restraint:

PEG 400
PEG 540 Blend
PEG 600
PEG 1000
MPEG 350
MPEG 550
MPEG 750
