Per reports released today, BASF ethanolamines will be increased as of December 1, 2016. The reported increase is up by $0.15 per pound. Keep reading for additional details.
BASF Ethanolamines Price Increases
The increases apply to both list and off-list pricing for the following materials:
Monoethanolamine (MEOA)
Diethanolamine (DEOA)
Triethanolamine (TEOA)
Monoethanolamine (MEOA) 85%
Diethanolamine (DEOA) 85%
Triethanolamine (TEOA) 85%
Each of these products will incur a $0.15 per pound price increase, applying to all of North America. GreenChem is advising everyone to attentive and deliberate about their inventory management and purchasing goals over the next few weeks.
